1. Donations

• Non-Refundable: All donations made to Sudhaaya Dance Foundation are non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and support, and all donations are used to further our mission of promoting traditional arts.

2. Event Registrations

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds for event registrations will be handled as follows:
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
• Cancellation by Us: If Sudhaaya Dance Foundation cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

3. Classes and Workshops

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your participation in a class or workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds for classes and workshops will be handled as follows:
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the start date: Full refund.
  • Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
• Cancellation by Us: If Sudhaaya Dance Foundation cancels a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

4. Merchandise

• Returns and Exchanges: If you purchase merchandise from Sudhaaya Dance Foundation and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. The following conditions apply:
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

5. Processing Refunds

• Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
